I HAVE GLITCH

I opened up my brand new game and a black screen came up so I was like alright maybe it just needs some time so I waited a total of 10 MINUTES and the black screen was still there I tried to close the app but I couldnt I had to restart the whole device I am going to try again later but not now bc I do not want a bug so maybe I will post another review
